This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions
to pay direct debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit, Ofsted
will notify you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as
otherwise agreed. If you request Ofsted to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount
and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit, by Ofsted or your bank or
building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid
from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund that you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Ofsted
asks you to.
You can cancel a direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building
society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Should it become necessary to review an account, then again, a credit reference may be sought and a record kept. We will monitor and record the information relating to your trade performance and such records will be made available to credit reference agencies who will share that information with other businesses when assessing applications for credit and fraud prevention.

Since 7th August 2002 under the late payment compensation regulations 2002, Hanson is entitled to claim interest in relation to any unpaid invoices. It is our intention to pursue this. The compensation can be claimed from you as soon as any invoices are overdue.
